"I’m not sure if it’s just…"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but this bin never seems to empty properly and it’s such a headache. I keep expecting it to work better, but every time I use it, I end up dealing with the same annoying problem.

"Disappointing cleaning, and the policy excuses made it worse"
I was really hoping this would make cleaning easier, but it’s been disappointing. It keeps missing dust along the edges and still leaves crumbs behind even after I run it twice. The mop feature isn’t much better either — it mostly just drags water around instead of actually cleaning. When I tried to get help, it felt like everything was brushed off with policy excuses, which was frustrating. Just not worth it for me.

They got it back already, but I’m still here waiting and not really knowing what’s going on. It’s been kind of frustrating, because I thought once they had it back, things would move along faster, but no, just waiting still...

"Good luck finding parts"
I’ve tried more than once to get parts here, and somehow they’re never available when I need them. Maybe it’s just bad timing on my end, but it does start to feel like they don’t really keep much in stock or aren’t too eager to help track anything down. Frustrating when you’re just trying to get something fixed and move on.

It maps the rooms decently overall, but it does sometimes miss the edges, and then I have to go back and fix it again. Not a huge deal, but it’s annoying, annoying when it keeps happening

It works okay overall and does what I need it to do, but the bin needs emptying often. It’s not a huge deal, just a bit annoying and feels avoidable with a slightly bigger bin.

"Kind of disappointing for the price"
I really wanted to like this, but it keeps bumping into shoes and cables and then just gets stuck. Maybe the sensors aren’t as good as they claim, or it just doesn’t handle clutter well, but either way it’s been frustrating. For what it costs, I expected it to work a lot better

"Decent cleaning, way too loud"
The vacuum does an okay job cleaning, no real complaints there, but the noise is too much for me. Even on the lower settings, it still has this annoying loud sound, especially if I’m trying to use it in the morning. For the price, I really expected it to be quieter. It’s not terrible, just disappointing overall.

"Support Didn’t Meet My Expectations"
I reached out to Roborock support twice because my vacuum wasn’t working properly, and I never got a real response. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect basic help within a couple of days, especially for a product like this. Having to just sit around waiting with no clear answer was frustrating...

"Needs Constant Cleaning"
I feel like I’m always having to clean it, which gets annoying after a while. I also expected the instructions to be a bit clearer, especially on how to take care of it properly. Overall, it works, but the upkeep is more frustrating than I expected.

I ordered from Roborock after a friend recommended it to me. The package arrived in good condition, so no issues there, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking info also didn’t update much, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average.

"Decent robot, frustrating dock issues"
The robot itself cleans well, so I don’t really have complaints there. The problem is the dock. It keeps failing to empty the bin, and every so often the vacuum won’t charge unless I physically move it around and reseat it. Support wasn’t exactly quick either. They basically told me to “try repositioning the dock” and “make sure the contacts are clean,” which I had already done. For what this thing costs, I expected a lot less hassle

"Vacuum’s Fine, Mopping Not So Much"
The vacuum part works okay, but the mopping is disappointing. It leaves streaks and doesn’t really get dried spots up, so I end up having to mop the floor myself afterward, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. I reached out and got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” replies, which just made it more annoying. I wasn’t looking for a script, I was hoping for an actual solution...

"Vacuum works fine, but the water tank is frustrating"
The vacuum part has been fine so far, no real complaints there. It picks up what I need it to, and that part is what I notice most day to day. But the water tank has been kind of annoying. It doesn’t seem to release water evenly, so I keep stopping to check it, which sort of defeats the purpose a bit. I don’t know, maybe I expected too much, but for the price I thought it would be a little smoother to use. It’s not terrible or anything, just a bit disappointing.

I’m trying to stay calm about it, but it just doesn’t seem to grab the dirt very well. I went over the carpet a few times and it still looked kind of dusty afterward, which was disappointing...

"Works fine, but the price is hard to justify"
I’ve been using this for a little while now, it works just fine. I didn’t run into any major issues during the first few days, and it’s still doing what I need it to do. That said, after spending some time with it, the price feels way too high for what you’re getting. If it were cheaper, I’d probably feel a lot better about it

"I was excited to try this…"
I was excited to try this because, for the price, I really expected it to make cleaning easier. At first I thought it was doing okay, but then I noticed it kept leaving streaks, which was frustrating. And what really let me down was how it still misses dust along the edges. I wanted to feel like it was worth the money, but right now I’m just kind of disappointed.

"Easy and quicker than I expected"
I ordered quickly and the site was easy to figure out. Compared to some other places I’ve used, this was a lot more straightforward and I didn’t run into any issues at all.

"Strong suction, just a little loud"
I mostly bought my Roborock for the suction power, it’s been really good. It picks up pet hair, crumbs, and the dust that always seems to collect near the hallway quickly. My old vacuum would leave little bits behind, but this one usually gets everything on the first pass, if that makes sense. I’m giving it 4 stars because it can get a bit loud on the higher setting, and it definitely uses more battery that way. Still, I’m happy with it overall and the suction is definitely solid.
